The Ideal Creative Agency was born out of a shared vision and the ideal partnership.

The founders met while working with a cannabis edibles brand and quickly realized their complementary skills, work styles and perspectives on living a full, great life. Work is never just work, who you are is reflected in what you do. Period. After years of successful collaboration and a close friendship, they knew they would eventually build something of their own.

Now, as The Ideal team, they are focused on helping companies grow and evolve through creative, effective and ethical solutions.

Melinda has worked in design for over 20 years in agencies and studios, multimedia companies, fashion, and in the last 8 years, for her own damn self. Her clients have ranged from the public health and non-profit sector to fitness and CPG. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, Melinda has naturally been drawn to the worlds of cannabis and psychedelics. Her work reflects a deep commitment to education and advocacy.

As a skilled strategist, she’s lead countless successful product and brand launches, campaign strategies and non-traditional marketing initiatives. Yes. We’ll build your website on a Content Management System (CMS) such as Web Flow or WordPress depending on your needs. 

Even if you are not familiar with web design, we can show you how to edit text, swap out photos, add new products, and make posts in your blog.

Once we finish building your website, we’ll show you how to use it and hand over the keys. Or, we can continue to manage and optimize the site for you. 

We’re happy to take care of that for you. We will purchase the domain if needed, manage the domain, and host the website for you. 

If you already have those solutions in place, that’s fine too. 

We take care of the basics of on-page SEO with every website project. Your site will come with appropriate meta-titles, metadata, header structure, keyword density, mobile optimization, and more.
